1. All of our furniture comes with a one-year manufacturer’s guarantee which is split into these categories: 
   
   a. Frame and Structure – 10 years 
   b. General Wear and Tear - Not covered 
   c. Cover - Not covered 
   d. Fillings - Not covered 
   
   
2. Most of our sofas are covered by our 10-year structural guarantee, against manufacturing faults, excluding wear and tear, cover, and fillings. See exceptions below. Please refer to the product page to see if an item has a 10-year structural guarantee. 
   
   
3. Our 10-year structural guarantee is valid on all orders placed on or after 1 January 2021. Customers are also entitled to a 10-year warranty and installation services for our products that fall within the selected zones.

Guarantees do not cover: 

a. If the care instructions have not been followed.

b. General wear and tear such as scratches, marks, stains, fading or the softening of cushion fillings from normal, everyday use. It is to note that we sell cushion fillings as one of our products.

c. If there is evidence of damage or misuse.

d. If the product has been used in a commercial or non-domestic environment. 

e. If damage or faults have been caused due to a domestic move.

f. If the product has been exposed to excessive heat, moisture or sunlight.

g. If the product is in an unsanitary condition or damage has been caused by pets.

h. If a third-party fabric protectant has been applied to the furniture.

i. If the product has been modified or repaired.

j. If the product is not regularly maintained such as tightening loose bolts or turning the mattress regularly per the care instructions.

k. Clearance and ex-display items.

l. If the product has been exported outside our selected delivery zones in Malaysia.
