1. Delivery Coverage 
  • Our delivery services are available in Peninsular Malaysia.
  • Our in-house delivery services are currently available within the Klang Valley.
  • For locations outside of Klang Valley, deliveries will be handled by our courier service partners.
2. Delivery Fees & Charges
  • Free delivery for all orders from 23rd December 2024 - 3rd February 2025.
  • This offer applies exclusively during the promotional periods of our Year End Sale and Chinese New Year Sale.
3. Delivery Time
  • Our delivery services are available on weekdays between 10:00am to 5:00pm, excluding public holidays.
  • Once the payment has been made, an order confirmation will be sent out to you via e-mail and WhatsApp.
  • Our customer service representative will contact you within 1 - 2 working days to arrange your preferred delivery schedule.
  • Our customer service representative will remind you on your appointment date and time a day before delivery.
4. Delivery Delays
  • Furniture And Choice and its delivery service team will not be held responsible for any unsuccessful delivery resulting from incorrect address or any other misinformation provided by the customer.
5. Premises Access
Permission to Access to Your Building/ Residential Management
  • Please ensure that you obtain the necessary permissions from the building or residential management prior to the scheduled delivery day.
Entry/ Exit Point Fitting
  • We recommend that you check the dimensions of your home's access points before ordering the furniture.
  • Please ensure that the furniture can fit through doorways, staircases, corridors, and lifts. If your entrance is smaller than the standard size, kindly inform us in advance, and we will provide advice accordingly.
Delivery Booking Changes or Cancellation
  • Please inform us via WhatsApp at least three days before the scheduled delivery date if you need to change the delivery address or any other details. Please note that if we do not receive advance notice, additional charges for redelivery may apply.
6. Assembly
Within Klang Valley
  • Assembly services are provided free of charge for orders within the Klang Valley.
  • To ensure a smooth assembly process, please ensure that a clear area is available for our team upon arrival. Our team will not be responsible for removing any existing furniture at the delivery location.
  • The customer or an authorised representative must be present at the time of delivery to accept the product. If the customer is unavailable, the person receiving the product will be considered fully authorised to act on the customer’s behalf.
  • Upon completion of assembly, we kindly request that the customer conduct a Quality Control inspection. Once satisfied, please sign off to confirm your approval of the assembled product.
  • Our team will take a photograph of the product with the customer for documentation purposes and reserves the right to use this image for business/ marketing purposes. By accepting delivery, you confirm your consent as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
  • We offer a 10-year warranty on the structural integrity of our furniture. Please note that this warranty will be void if the product is disassembled for relocation within the home or to a different property.
Outside Klang Valley
  • For orders outside the Klang Valley, assembly services are unavailable. However, a self-assembly guide will be provided in the packaging to assist with installation.
