  2. Customers are entitled to free returns upon delivery and assembly of the purchased product upon satisfactory completion of the Quality Control form. However, should a customer wish to return the purchased product more than 14 days and within 30 days from the date of delivery due to a change of mind, a collection fee will be incurred. 

  3. Upon collection of the product as mentioned above, our team will disassemble the product and remove it from the customer’s original delivery location. Our team will later take photos of the unassembled product for our records and safekeeping. The customer will later need to sign off a collection form provided by our team. 

  4. How To Arrange A Return:

Step 2 
Once the product is collected and validated by our QC, your refund will be processed within 7 working days.

*Please Note: 

Items for return should be in their original condition. Please take good care of them while they are in your possession. 

Please do not order multiple items – we offer one return per customer. For example, please do not order the same or similar products in multiple colours or sizes to see which you prefer. 

If you miss your collection, it could take up to 7-14 days to arrange another date. 

Free returns do not apply to products purchased for commercial use (what constitutes “commercial use” is described in our terms and conditions.
