Free returns and refund policy

  1. 14-day, full money back guarantee on all products. 

  2. Customers are entitled to free returns upon delivery and assembly of the purchased product upon satisfactory completion of the Quality Control form. Returns beyond the 14-day period will not be entertained.

  3. Upon collection of the product as mentioned above, our team will disassemble the product and remove it from the customer’s original delivery location.

  4. How To Arrange A Return:

Step 2 
Once the product is collected and validated by our QC, your refund will be processed within 7 working days.

*Please Note: 

Items for return should be in their original condition. Please take good care of them while they are in your possession. 

Please do not order multiple items – we offer one return per customer. For example, please do not order the same or similar products in multiple colours or sizes to see which you prefer. 

If you miss your returns appointment, it could take up to 7-14 days to arrange another date and may incur charges.

Free returns do not apply to products purchased for commercial use (what constitutes “commercial use” is described in our terms and conditions.
